Please note

• Parties of 20+ and buses must be pre-booked by appointment.
• A maximum of three free under-3 tickets are permitted for the following ticket types: Adult, Senior 65+, Student with student card and Disabled Adult.
• Disabled visitors and Carers must show proof of disability and proof they are a registered carer.
• One Carer ticket only is valid with each paying ticket.
• No child under the age of 14 will be admitted to the Parc unless accompanied by an adult.
• With the exception of assistance dogs, no dogs are allowed in the animal parc but well behaved dogs are allowed in the café and on the patio outside the café.
• The visitor houses are kept at 24 to 25 degrees all year round, so please bear this in mind when dressing for your visit.
